This Evangelical Church was first mentioned in documents in 927 and is thought to have been built in 888 for the visit of Arnulf of Carinthia, making it one of the oldest churches in Austria. It has been preserved in its original form with several Roman reliefs and inscription stones as well as remains of 13thC Romanesque murals.

That 5 second delay with the other linkup was annoying, wasn't it? So I've gone back to this one. And I've no idea why my site is thought to be unsecure - I thought it was just my computer doing that with certain, definitely secure, websites because it needs upgrading.
If you go to Settings under Design on your blog you will be able to set HTTPS direct to encrypt you blog and make it more secure with the https// prefix
The white tower dominates the church, I wonder if it is a later addition. I'd like to have a look inside to see the Roman reliefs.
No linky list showing up. I didn't mind the 5 second advert once I realised it was coming and their linky did seem rather more reliable than the old one. Good luck with the technology!
yes, sorry about that - for some reason everything is all haywire!
Somehow I was expecting this country today!
Here you have my link.

I'm sorry I've been unable to make the rounds for comments for the past few weeks as I have been out for business trips.
That is a lovely stamp - the sky is painted in a beautiful way.
