A 19th century Norwegian coin and 20th century banknotes are shown on this stamp commemorating the 200th anniversary of the central bank of Norway Norges Bank. This stamp won second place in a poll for Norway's most beautiful stamp of 2016.

You'd need a lot of those coins to pay today's postage.
Coins and currency are rarely seen on stamps, as far as I know. So it is an interesting stamp! I like the way they pictured the currency, and does - in the right bottom corner, the red one - also a postage stamp show up?! :-)
I left Norway in 1989 and miss seeing their stamps regularly, so havn't seen this stamp or the others depicted.
