I associate swans with being quite aggressive towards people, so I'd be very wary of going near one, even if it was letter bearing. And I've often noticed things the scanner picks up that aren't so clear on the real thing - I've always attributed it to my scanner having a mind of its own.

I don't think I've ever seen a swan delivering a letter before - this is a neat card.
neither have I! and I didn't see the 'birthday greetings' printed on it until I uploaded the picture and enlarged it.
