Think that is a Chinese 'special use' stamp for Happy New Year, they still issue for that purpose but don't think they have used Chinese characters for a while. Pity I rather liked them. My reds are here
One of my favourite colours, after blue, that is. Since red comes in many shades, I hope my take on it can be considered, even if it isn't a pure red (but that was the closest I could find...). It can be seen Here
I do like the Chinese one. And the flying envelope! Poinsettias add color to winter, but I've never been big on them. I've seen them spray painted in stores around here, and glittered. May as well be fake. Mine: https://thisandthatablog.blogspot.com/2026/10/sunday-stamps-october-18-2026.html
I like the Chinese stamp; I have others similar to it. Chinese characters are visually pleasing to me. I also like the flying envelope (as a good patriot! 😜)
What a cheerful trio for the red theme — the Chinese New Year stamp is my favourite, with those bold characters that really make it pop. The Italian flying envelope was new to me too, and I love discovering little gems like these here, much as I enjoy the two onc docs show notes I catch up on at weekends. Thanks for another lovely Sunday Stamps post!
A lovely trio for the red theme, violet! The Chinese New Year stamp is such a striking opener with those big bold characters, and the Italian flying envelope was a delightful discovery — I hadn't seen that one before. And I must agree about glittered poinsettias; a natural one like this battered beauty is far prettier.
What a cheerful trio for the red theme, Violet! The Chinese New Year stamp is striking, with its bold red and characters, and I had not seen one in a while either. The Italian flying envelope is such a clever design, and even battered, the Spanish poinsettia still brings that winter color to mind. I also smiled at your note about glittered or dyed plants — poinsettias should just be themselves! While sorting through my own red finds, I paused for a coffee and looked up black rock coffee bar nutrition out of curiosity. Thanks for another lovely Sunday Stamps post!

Oh my gosh, I hate when they glitter the plants!, or dye them.
