I've gone with Portugal as well. Great design on this stamp.
I agree, a great classic design on this stamp.
One of my stamps is from Portugal's offering of 1940 too. Some interesting choices as Portugal resisted being dragged into the war by both sides.
Lovely design and colour combination!
