That's a really colourful stamp. It must be Christmas Eve with lights in so many windows.
Me too, I really love the colours of this design.
You could make a little village with a row of these stamps, I imagine there are some excited children behind the windows.

Strong colors! Thanks for mentioning the title of the stamp, otherwise I would have just looked at it and not pay special attention to the brightly lit windows.
