The Moonfish, or Monodactylus argenteus, is a disc shaped silvery fish with a flattened body. They can reach as big as 11" (27cm). They are found in the Red Sea (and east coast of Africa) and seem to like fresh water tidal pools and inshore reefs where they are known to feed on insects, plant matter and detritus.

I like the shell border, and the fish is beautiful. Um, 27 inches is a lot bigger than 11 cm. Maybe it's the other way around?
