  2. I like the rain too. I have one a similar view, but thanks to the Internet I can date it May 1956, when Lena Horne performed there and they showed Don Juan with Fernandel, as they are on the signs. They sender didn't mention the Moulin Rouge or the shows at all, just the "most famous street... you may have heard of it."

  3. I've thought of having a 'rainy day' prompt, but decided it would be too challenging. Shame, as rain makes for interesting photo opportunities.
    My sender didn't mention anything about the Moulin Rouge, either.
