Ballet slippers with a swan reflection for the 50th anniversary of Tokyo Bunka Kaikan, (Festival Hall) where one can enjoy opera, ballet, and classical music.
What a mesmerising ballet stamp. A little more potent than tea, the Chinese porcelain is a He-pot for wine. I think they used to ladle wine from a larger pot into them. My blue stamps are here
The design of the first stamp is just brilliant. I also love the colour of the pot, and its long legs.
ReplyDeleteSome blue stamps on this post.
I love the slippers and swan and am glad there were no cancel marks obscuring it.

Thanks for the explanation. I tried looking up he pot, but got nowhere.
DeleteNow the legs make sense.
