snake island

 

There are only around 400 inhabitants on this island, down from around 3,000 before 1945.

edit:  I have now learned this is only one of 2,000 islands in Estonia!

    Are there snakes? It's not shaped like a snake (narrow and long).

    I've no idea. What I could find is that in Swedish the name is Ormso, which also translates to 'snake island'
